What is your screening procedure?

We call and speak to each candidates references. Then we send their information to Castele Branch to have their background check done.   If at this time they still meet our criteria then we hold a face to face interview with the candidate. All these calls and information are then passed to potential families.

How long do placements take?

We ask that you give us 2 to 8 weeks so that we can find the best candidate for your family.
 

How much do you pay a nanny?

You can pay nannies by the hour or on a salary basis. If you pay hourly you can expect from $10-15 an hour. If you choose a salary method you might start at $20,000 a year. Many families also help with health insurance as well as provide the nanny with a vehicle to use.
